All vessels must be skippered by a female captain. Crews can be both male and female.

Oktoberfest Luncheon immediately after at YOUNG’S BOAT YARD

While there is no entry fee to join the race and no charge for the party after, we  are encouraging donations, in any amount, preferably by personal check, to BREAST CANCER RESEARCH FOUNDATION.
 
Contributions to BCRF are fully tax deductible as permitted by law.       
 
Event is located close to mouth of the Patapsco river.    
Another S2 (Heartbreaker) is doing this race.
